Ten Cities Ready To Bounce Back
The horror show of America's residential real estate market just keeps getting scarier, what with the sub-prime mortgage crisis threatening to slash demand for homes while the inventory of unsold properties continues to pile up. Oak Cliff tour highlighted
Top producers Keith Cox and Lisa Kleypas announce their recent association with Keller Williams Realty, Turtle Creek. Both North Oak Cliff residents, Ms. Kleypas and Mr. Cox have been busy preparing for the annual "Old Oak Cliff Conservation District Home Tour." This much-anticipated annual event will be held from noon to 5 p.m. Oct. 13-14.
Ms. Kleypas and Mr. Cox will be hosting the Lake Cliff Tower Condominium Residences, which was recently awarded the Historical Society's Preservation Dallas Award, as well as named by Investor Magazine, as one of Dallas' Best Deals of 2006. With extensive updates and improvements just recently completed throughout the tower, the Cox360 team is excited about unveiling the fresh new look during this upcoming weekend's Tour of Homes.
