Lisa Kleypas, one of the original members of Cox 360, was recruited by Keith Cox, in 2002. Having been a successful executive producer at a top commercial production company for 15 years and traveling all over the country, she was ready to spend some time in Dallas, at home. Architecture and her N. Oak Cliff community already being a passion for her, when the opportunity for this career change presented itself, it was one she couldn’t resist. It has since turned out to be a very wise decision. Cox + Partners are consistent top producers, with Lisa being a multi million dollar team producer yearly, participating in over 30 million dollars of transactions.
A fifth generation Texan, Lisa was born in Oak Cliff, where she currently resides, and graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Marketing. Her love of the arts drove her to her career in the commercial television industry where she consistently managed multi million dollar budgets. Working with and organizing budgets, timelines and varied creative clients, talent, vendors and crews all over the world, enabled a seamless transition into selling residential real estate. The bottom line remained the same, transferring vision into reality.
Lisa loves the diversity inherent in real estate. Meeting and working with a wide range of people who are buying or selling anything from contemporary to traditional homes. Her focus for her clients, whether they are first time home buyers, seasoned real estate purchasers, relocating from another city or people just moving around the corner is always the same – To Protect and Guide her clients through the home buying or selling process with Care, Consideration and Knowledge. Representing buyers and sellers in the intown neighborhoods of N. Oak Cliff, Park Cities, Uptown/Oak Lawn, N Dallas/Preston Hollow and East Dallas, gives her a broad market knowledge overview to best assist clients in finding or selling their homes.
She is also one of the founding members of the Urban Alliance group that specializes in agents in the Urban Markets who have reached the sales performance criteria. In her spare time, Lisa is a tireless advocate of the N Oak Cliff area, giving both time and money to many charitable groups, a keen supporter of its retail and restaurants and a member of many North Oak Cliff organizations.
